In the heart of Sant Cugat, opposite the golf club.
The house occupies one of the most sought-after corners of Sant Cugat del Vallès, directly opposite Sant Cugat Golf Club. It is just a two-minute walk from Plaça Lluís Millet, the central square where you will find the train station, the only night bus from Sant Cugat to Barcelona, a taxi stand, and some of the town’s best-loved bakeries and burger spots. It is also only 50 metres from a bus stop with direct service to ESADE.
Getting around — and getting to ESADE.
The 50-metre walk to the bus stop is, in practice, the most-used path in the daily life of the house. Direct buses run from Carrer Safareig 11 to the ESADE Sant Cugat campus throughout the day. For weekend trips into Barcelona, the FGC line at Plaça Lluís Millet reaches Plaça Catalunya in about 25 minutes — and the only night bus from Sant Cugat to Barcelona stops at the same Plaça Lluís Millet, keeping the city reachable after the trains stop running.
Bakeries, bars and the best burgers in town.
More than ten places to eat sit within a four-hundred-metre radius. A few are worth singling out — places where past tenants of the house have become regulars, and where Sunday breakfasts have a way of stretching into Sunday afternoons.
Beyond these named places, the surrounding streets contain three bars, several restaurants, fruit shops, food shops, and the small specialty stores that come with central Sant Cugat life — most within a five-minute walk of the house.
Pharmacies and 24-hour emergency care, close to home.
For international students and their families, healthcare access is a real concern. The Catalan public health system (CatSalut) treats EU students with the European Health Insurance Card and resident students holding a Spanish health card free of charge at the public CAPs.
Cash machines and bank branches at hand.
Across the street: Sant Cugat Golf Club.
The house sits directly opposite Sant Cugat Golf Club, on Carrer de Villà — one of the quieter, leafier streets at the centre of town. The golf course gives the area its character: green, residential, calm, but with the energy of central Sant Cugat just two minutes' walk away. For students who play, the course is a five-minute walk from the front door.
The neighbourhood, taken as a whole, is the sort of place students settle into quickly. It is residential without being remote. It is convenient without being noisy. And it is the sort of address that ESADE students who lived here often recommend to the next year's incoming class.
